Through our "Skills Development" program, the CUB Foundation strives to assist members of underserved communities, develop
income-generating skills (through classroom training).
We are committed to working with partners (Technical & Vocational Training Schools and Government Accreditation Agencies)to deploy class-room training programs that will teach members of the underserved community the basic technical and vocational skills that can be converted to gainful employment and
a sustained source of income.
Skills Training Programs are deployed where there is a need.
Recent successful projects include a six-week Massage & Wellness Class and a six-week Dress Design & Sewing Class,
both deployed in General Tinio Nueva Ecija Philippines.
Each project was in collaboration with TESDA and the JVF Center for Technical Studies & Assessment. Approximately fifty scholars graduated in September 2019 many of whom have already secured gainful employment and income.
